This program helps promote and apply teamwork, health, wellness, and camaraderie in the context of Olympic-style rowing. The program culminates with all teams competing at the Onondaga Cup or Corporate Regatta, followed by an evening barbecue. No experience needed! Any organization, company, school, church, or other affiliated group may participate. We will provide all the equipment and coaching.
